Juvenile Charged with Several Felony Charges Including Vandalism Reduced to One Misdemeanor Count

Juvenile was charged with two felony charges for joyriding under California Vehicle Code 10851 and felony vandalism under Penal Code Section 594 for destroying property which caused damage of $400 or more. Additionally, he was facing misdemeanor charges for driving without a license. By putting together, a successful plan so he could become law abiding and turn his life around, our attorneys were able to have the felony charges completely dismissed. The remaining misdemeanor count will be sealed by the Court and the Client will not have to disclose it on job or housing applications.
