Client was charged with Penal Code Section 273.5(A)- corporal injury to a spouse. After our attorneys submitted information to the District Attorney’s office, they decided not to proceed with charges. After waiting for the statute of limitations to expire, the firm was able to successfully seal and destroy the arrest record of the client under Penal Code Section 851.1.
