The client and several others were being charged with several counts of possession of drugs under Health and Safety Code Section 11377(A), owning a drug house under Health and Safety Code Section 11366, and Health and Safety Code Section 11351- sales of a controlled substance. As the “leader” of the operation, he was facing lengthy jail time. He was incarcerated while he was fighting his case but was released the day of his plea and had to plead to only one misdemeanor count. He will be eligible to expunge his record after he has successfully completed probation.
